Company Profile

Queen City Blacktop Company (QCB) was founded in 1978 by Martin Steinbach and Nancy Kuley.  At the start of the business, they envisioned much more than just another profitable paving company.  They desired a company the industry respected and trusted.  They wanted to develop a professional environment that encouraged employees to take pride, not only in their work, but in who they worked for.  Thus far, they have been successful in both.

For 30 years QCB has been serving the Greater Cincinnati Tri-state area.  The company has developed a reputation of quality  among the industry.  Many of its employees have remained with QCB for over 15 years.  They have advanced not only their experience and proficiency, but have proven to be valuable assets to the owners and customers of QCB.  Such expertise is what sets QCB apart from the many other paving companies around.

QCB's customers have also been customers for years.  They trust that when QCB is hired for a project, it will fulfill its contract with the utmost efficiency and quality.  They have found no need to explore other options for contractors or subcontractors because  QCB has proven to be honest and reliable.
